Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Seoniic LLC ("Seoniic", "we", "us") for using seoniic.com and the Seoniic app. By creating an account or using Seoniic, you agree to them. If you use Seoniic for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree for that business.

1. What Seoniic does

Seoniic researches keywords for your business and uses AI to plan and write SEO articles, which we deliver to you by email, in the app, or as drafts on a website you connect. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give us accurate information.
• Keep access to your email account secure; we sign you in with codes and links sent there.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Plans, credits and payments

• Credits. One credit is used for each article, and for some other actions the app shows a price for first (for example strengthening a page or finding fresh keywords).
• Free plan. A small number of free credits, with no card required.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each renewal resets your credits to your plan's monthly amount. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
• Article packs (free plan) are a one-time payment that adds the credits shown. They are not a subscription.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it, but if something went wrong, email us and we will make it right.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a plan you are on.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Your content and our articles

• You keep ownership of what you give us about your business.
• The articles Seoniic writes for you are yours to use, edit and publish, for your business, without paying us anything more.
• You allow us to use your business information to provide Seoniic to you.

5. AI-written content: please review it

Articles are written by AI from your business details and public information. They can contain mistakes. Read every article before you publish it, and make sure it is accurate and appropriate for your business. If your business is regulated (for example legal, medical, financial or insurance), a qualified person should review it. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. No guaranteed rankings

We work to help your business be found, but nobody controls Google. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales result.

7. Connected services

If you connect Google Search Console or your website, you allow Seoniic to use that connection as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

8. Acceptable use

• Use Seoniic only for lawful purposes and only for businesses and websites you are allowed to act for.
• Do not use it to create misleading, harmful, hateful or infringing content.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of Seoniic.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.

9. Our property

The Seoniic app, website, design and software belong to Seoniic. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.

10. Limits of our responsibility

Seoniic is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

11. Ending

You can stop using Seoniic and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you by email if a change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
